Max is a senior business and product leader with over 25 years of advisory and management experience in investment banking and technology.

He advises clients across various industries on strategy and portfolio management. Over his career, Max has advised clients responding to changes in consumer demand, emerging technologies, industry dynamics and disruptive business models through acquisitions, spin-offs, capital raising, strategic partnerships and divestitures.

His work experience includes leadership roles with Gartner, Credit Suisse, Rothschild and several early-stage companies.

Max holds a Master’s degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Cambridge. He is a CFA charterholder.
